fonts used are Ellington and Eurostile. You will need vector software in order to typeset and rebuild this. You will have to suggest a new layout to make these proportions work, otherwise you will have more blank space on either side

spacing seems a bit tight, I think it needs a little bit more air. Do you have a version without the grunge effect? you never know when you may have a need for the logo without the distressed look

as always make sure you check the art carefully. Remember these are not always official logos here. I have seen plenty of horrible vector versions on every one of those free sites listed
