Theres a white paper you can use too and use your wide format printer to print on it but I for got what it's called. if it comes to me I will post it or you can look online. the paper is transpearent almost like tracing paper

I had a problem something like what you have there and a tech told me to clean the encoder strip and the sensor that reads that strip, it's that red light you see behind the sliderboard and then lower your heads on low setting, I did all that and never had the problem again.

No, but you can hire someone to make them for you, not sure what there costing these days but they use to be in the $1000.00 range per profile.

Make your own profiles and you can print @ 360x360 and get a perfect red
