I'm not sure how the wiper system works on the JV33 but on a JV3 theres a small sensor that need to be cleaned every once in a while or otherwise the wiper doesn't come out to wipe the heads.
I just got done making one of them a couple of weeks ago, I used 1/2 MDO, and glued a peice of steel to the mdo and made the thermometer out of magnetic.
The blades really don't go dull quickly when cutting corroplast, but when cutting corroplast I would put a 2x4 across the top so when the hold down bar comes down it won't leave any marks or dent the corroplast. I use to cut all our coro on a Diebold, them things would cut anything.
I tryed one of those when they first came out not sure if I done it wrong but I ened up with a bigger mess then what is was worth. It seemed like it melted the vinyl & glue on even more while trying to remove it.
Most political signs are printed by union shops.
50 - 4'x4' 4mm corro for $14.00 per sign probably 2/C 2/S, do a 100+ orders like that and see how big the profits are. When you buy skids of coroplast it's very cheap beyond cheap.
