I wouldn't. The urethane won't have anything to "grab" to if it's laminated. If it isn't laminated and you coat it, it may pucker the vinyl. But the urethane won't last over that, either. What exactly are you trying to do?

What can you do - it's a 'sign of the times'. They have to do a huge volume just to break even - would you want to work that hard? Besides, they're in Arizona - what's the shipping gonna be?

It's not a true 3D - it's a lithopane, as iSign stated. I have that program and, while it works well, has definate limitations when it comes to translating greyscale photos.

Yep, what Fred said. Looks like converted illustrator artwork, which leaves points not connected and weird things with strokes.

Too much. Maybe $1K for a package deal, or $600 for the printer alone. It's old technology now (well.. what isn't in a month?).
