Would that be in the board and can not be cleaned? We've tried cleaning with various liquids, and methods. Is it a manufacturing defect? Will we ever get rid of it? Printing direct with AGFA Anapurna M.

Yes, understand that, but some boards are do take more abuse than others. Having issues printing on PVC and am trying to find away around it.

What board are you using for best combination of print quality and board durability? By durability I mean our printed boards get shipped around alot and need to hold up during the shipping process. thanks for you help!

Is it worth getting print grade pvc for printing on a UV flatbed printer? Also, who has a good source to purchase print grade pvc?

Play with the mix a little. Start with 100M and 80Y. You may find you need more or less yellow, maybe a touch of Cyan and or black also. Depends on your media, printer, profile, inks and so on. jim

You scratching it with your finger (skin) or finger nail? If finger nail I would consider that normal as I can scratch just about any solvent printed banner with my finger nail. If your rubbing ink off with your finger tip I would consider that a problem. Jim

If you have the money take a look at the AGL laminators, great machines! jim

If your strictly a sign shop and can put up with banding and son it may be a great machine. If your more interested in print quality it may not be the right machine. Jim

Most trade show panels are a 3 piece construction. A print media, a backer and a lam. jim

If you have a good machine with take up it should work fine. jim

Not all dongles are printer specific, but I found out the colorburst ones that came with the GS6000 are. jim
