In easy media there when you select a profile there is a button that reads build patch. This saves a back up. To load it you simply install patch.
We see this color drift happen all the time and is an ongoing issue with our solvent and pigment printers.
When I had my issues we never used the colorburst rip. We used an efi rip, had the green heads replaced and the tech told me it was a green ink issue. This was about 5 years ago.
Did you back up your profiles? If you did load the back up and see if it prints the same as before. We've found this to work for us. We've seen many our Caldera profiles drift in color.
Had this problem a few years ago when they had problems with the green ink. The ink itself was the problem back then, but I thought they got passed that issue a while ago.
Typically if your resizing just in Photoshop the word on the street was always to do it in increments for better results. If your using a plug in for Photoshop then one step was the norm.
We had a similar issue due to water/oil in the air lines. I believe we had to have the regulators replaced. Call AGL and explain it to them. You can change out the parts yourself.

Check with vendor and/or company making them. I believe most of the laminators in that price range do have crowned rollers, at least they did in the past. It's worth the price to buy a good one!
