There is a chalkboard vinyl material, but I don't think you can print on it unless you have a flatbed and/or can print white. There are a lot of "whiteboard" (dry erase) laminates that you can apply over prints though if that is what she means.

Have them send a close-up shot of one of the letters and we can identify the material better or tell you what would be a close match. Most likely though, it is NOT reflective.

Never ever ever seen anything like that... Get out a loupe (sp?) and check your blade tip. Also possibly there is gunk in the blade holder not allowing the blade to pivot/spin correctly?

Some places do it because it is cheaper to print and spray lam. That is the only reason they do it that way. These are only for things like box trucks, beverage trailers, semi's, etc though. You can't do an actual "wrap" with that type of vinyl. Removal is also a lot harder.

Talk nicer to your sales rep, he should be able to get you samples...
