How are you installing these without premasking?? No wonder you have issues. A large piece of vinyl with holes in it is certainly problematic.

Only way to do what you want is to nest all the jobs together in Flexi or something similar and send that as one file.

If you are using premask to lay the vinyl, I don't see what the issue would be.

Don't think 5600 is intended for print. You can do it...but probably with results like this. EDIT: my bad...it is listed as a printable in the Fellers catalog...but that being said, I've not tried to print on it. I've used Nikkalite and now I have this new stuff called Night Bright that works...

$100 a blade?? Where are you buying a blade that is that much? Mine are $15 from Clean Cut.

I've been wanting to try some scrap Kevlar strips....back a piece with banner tape, cut in to 3/16" strip and apply.

If you're only doing a few prints a day, I would say sub out to a dependable shop with a printer. It doesn't sound at all like you 'need' a second printer. Unless your company just has 15-25K just laying around and looking for something to spend it on, I'd hold out till you need one.

Yep...you will find the most grime and filth on the left end of the upper rail. Never knew how dirty that got till we had the whole top cover off.

If you crack open an Avery swatch book, you'll find a vinyl called....Reflex Blue. Otherwise, Sapphire Blue or Middle Blue as suggested.

You didn't specify what brand....never seen this on something that new. Maybe after a few years, in extreme temperatures. We use Clear Focus vinyl with O-290F lam and never have issues. Also looks like you used a 60/40 perf? Best to use 50/50 for rear windows....easier to see through.

I've just had bad luck with it. Maybe I need a better canvas material. Forgot which I have, but print scratches off super easy.

I personally would NOT use any latex printer for canvas prints, if you want them to last. Solvent only for those.

Try some Mactac BeFree Air Release in clear. Apply dry.
