I have not seen this in so long I forget what to do.
I have a pdf file that is a mixture of a bitmap with a black background mixed into a black background spot colour.
I am pretty sure i can see the colour differences on the screen and know this won't print correctly.
How can I get them to...
you see it is sort of hit and miss. It doesnt really bother me but sometimes the emails go back and forth, then they realize I am in Ontario and they know something is not right.
your right, but the first time I searched it was there, then about 30 minutes later it did not show up. It must be hit and miss, but I have certainly been getting many requests for signage from out there.
OK let me explain. if I type in my company name there are several of the same name across the country, although I am incorporated and did a search to have the name.
I have been getting a rather large amount of inquiries from people in Alberta and I am in Ontario, so I know they are really...
OK here is a strange one that I have never experienced before..... I have 2 settings in my Summa software for cutting printed graphics. One is used for non laminated and it runs at a high speed with auto load off. The second is the same except I run it slower with more pressure...again auto...
Clean the heads carefully with a foam swab. There is definately something allowing ink to build up and them drop off from centrifical force when the head reaches the end of the carriage and swings back. It can be a very small fiber and you really need to look closely.

Hard to tell. but I would figure a slow buildup over a 4 month or so period. I have checked again after nozzle washing and it's running well again. Possibly it may be the high heat we are having and humidity? When I leave at night I generally turn the AC off until morning.
I have noticed this for some time but did not seem to think it was a problem. I have been noticing yellow ink on the stainless steel housing to the right of the capping station and it seems to be getting heavier with buildup.
I also notice yellow, way down on the roller that the rubber...
Just to confirm if it is a static problem or debris casually getting on the prints, switch up the lam and see if you get it with a competitors brand.
I am done with GF laminates just because i dont think it is really laminate but a basic clear vinyl based on how it differs from other laminates...

I use uhmw which is a form of polyethelene, I believe. I buy 1/4" thick 4 x 8's and they are self healing. they last a long time and after a few years you can flip them over and use the other side.
