We also run ours till it stops. It doesn't run the machine out as that has I think about 100ml as a prefilled tank inside. I also think you have a capping station problem and the inks are running back into the cartridge. We had a similair problem not to long back (it has only done this once). SC

The only way they could prove I wasn't using third party inks is for them to come round and check and test my machine! I am not asking for loads of cards I only want 1 for each cartridge. This has only ever happened because the machine didnt get used for a week and a half. SC

It won't power off with the rollers up!!! But I also lift them up afterwards. Do the same on all our plotter/printers

Seems strange that all the RIPs i've got have banner material with first 2 heaters set to 30! Are they trying for us to get headstrikes!!

Well I had another look at the heat settings and hadn't realised that on the RIP software you could only knock em down to 30F! But right next to it you can knock em off completley! Problem Solved No Heat = No Buckling
