Pretty sure that's sunbrella. And therefore screen printing and or mask and paint are very good possibilities in terms of decoration method. Could also be flatbed printed on a machine with white, or the SGS graphics system.

Possible workaround-print on clear an apply the clear over the chrome. Works pretty darn well actually especially if you print onto an optically clear vinyl but regular clear might just suit your needs too.

Common problem with UV ink on acrylic actually. Good news is the ink scrapes right off! Lam them after printing-just run the sheets through your laminator.

Changing the lower pads is a snap....uppers are a disaster. We find that the lower changes take care of our issues quite well. You will be amazed at how dirty and glazed over they are.
