Make sure print quality is set at 600dpi x 600dpi and set the optimizer to around 24%.
The Latex optimizer is figured into the ink density so if you increase a lot you might want to recalibrate and maybe make a new profile.
Usually depends on how critical the color is.
The best way to tell is make a reference print with a broad range of color and subjects right after you linearize and create a profile. Save it an compare it to a new print of the same file with the same setting especially after head changes or roll...
Pantone 212 PC is not a spot color, it is CMYK/process color and Onyx I sure does not have a table for that.
Use Pantone 212 C which is a spot color and Onyx has a table for that.
But, your linearization and profiles must be correct, especially the linearization and ink-limiting part. This...
CreateABid and then enter that into Quickbooks seems to work pretty good and in not to time consuming or very expensive solution.
Since we do both signs, banners, and digital press printing I was hoping that Onestimate would go somewhere but seems it is vaporware.
The app has been released 12/19/14.

But why did they release the app and not the firmware. There is no printer that supports the app yet?
It is available on the App Store, but it doesn't look like the 300 series supports it yet. Can't find anyway to register the app on the printer. Newest firmware is on the printer.
Anybody get it to work yet?
My personal favorite is Fiery XF, with it server and client for Mac or Windows setup, and pure WYSYG layout. I know Colorgate also allows you to place grommet marks. Caldera has a feature like this a well but I found it very hard to use when I was testing RIPs a couple of months ago.
I prefer to use RIPs with this function already built in. Who wants to open clients PDFs with illustrator just to put in grommet or cut/trim marks for that matter.
Since you can't profile Silver Vinyl, unlike white vinyl where you can profile, print and have accurate output you best bet is to use a vinyl profile you already have, make a copy of it and tweak as necessary with a little bit of trial and error. When I have printed cutting vinyl it seems to...
"gives you colors you are looking for" What is that supposed to mean other than guesswork?
You ether have accurate colors or you don't. For that matter you can take any profile to test the passes and temp for this material. When you get them where you want them you are not going to have a...
Sherwin William colors are Pantone 032 C and 293 C.
If you can't hit those then you have a color management problem. 293 C might be tough depending how much gamut you can get out of your printer
More likely the curing temp. Back it down to 90C and then bring up 5C at a time to test, but you may have to go to more passes. 10 Pass is a little low for vinyl anyway.
How many passes?
Probably need to go to more passes less heat.
AT 20 or 24 passes if you can't get the heat low enough to cure properly and still have these wrinkles then the media is simple incompatible with your printer.
I wonder if there is any good way to find out if a banner material uses Polymeric Plasticizers or Monomeric Plasticizers, as I have found no specification sheets that list that.
