greys are greenish
I rip from Versaworks and find that grays usually look fine until you laminate. The laminate has a slight yellowish tint that causes that. I sometimes add 1% or 2% magenta to help compensate. Customized profiles would help. -

It's good run a small print every couple days to keep your nozzles clean. -

After laminating? It's called silvering and will go away with a little heat or time. -

That's strange but if your under the gun hit "Print Screen" and print the screen shot from a new file. -

Print one or two solid yellow blocks, probably just needs priming. -

You need to lower your lpi when printing gradients to eliminate banding and have smoother blends. -
