Thank you for posting that! I guess honestly I haven't toyed around with either one long enough to know what I would miss, or need.. I've just always played in illustrator and now more serious about it...

I was just curious really in a innocent way.. I know they have to be somewhat similar, but it just looks like Illustrator is more advanced, and has more features as per fact. Is it a fact is has more features, or ? I'm reading the other suggested thread now! I'm new here so I didn't know it...

You'll be much better off using offset path if your cutting vinyl vs printing it.. Why you ask? When you do offset path, and ungroup the outline you have a full backing.. When you do outline stroke it only gives you the stroke of the outline where the "inside" is hollow basically. Basically...

Which do you use? Why? Does one have something the other doesn't? I'm really, really curious of this... It really seems like it to me that Illustrator has a lot more features..
