Yulp! The individual ink cartridges are key these days IMO! Just like the big printers so if you use a ton of black you just replace black, if you use a ton of yellow, you just replace yellow, etc..

I personally would just call around, and see what other people are charging for various things. If you are the only sign/decal/whatever company in the area keep looking further out, 5 miles, 10 miles, etc... then call your various suppliers and get prices on what they charge for x. and see how...

I used the terms together to relay the info. ;) IMO, Decals - The calvin, and outline type vinyl cuts. Sticker - Vinyl that is more colored than a simple outline, and diecast/color printed.

I'm a newbie so it was just a thought.. I did read elsewhere on here that you can get a sample of the stuff.. might try a sample of it, and abuse it.. although you probably need it quicker than doing a QA test yourself.. :P

I don't know how it would last, but would putting a slight clear coat over it help? I mean just over the graphics part..

I'm not sure which font that is, but just a suggestion... If all you need is the G, and the TV since that seems to be a pretty nice clear file you could vectorize it in Illustrator, etc..
