I use Air Release (IJ35 or IJ180) all the time for plain white text. Install time cut in half. No bubbles, no liquids. Do it.

Honestly, how much time is required to fold a piece of tape? 1 second? Sorry I just see this as a non-issue. And I've never seen anyone load laminate this way.

Oracal 3620 is classified as removable. It seems to come off pretty clean from what I can tell.

Had a 2008 Scion XB when it came out....I removed that vinyl promptly. Was easy when new....and it felt like it was good old O-751.

Yeah I can't justify that expense just to shave off 1/4"-1/2" off of our laminate rolls. Although I could see some other uses if it can slit a whole 50m banner roll....I would love to be able to cut down a 54" roll to 2-27" rolls for 2' banners.

For long term I use IJ-180C, same vinyl I will use on all car graphics, wraps, etc. Used to use Oracal 3551, but have gotten away from most Oracal print vinyls.

50m is pretty common - some brands; never seen a 100m. My printer would not support that weight.

I would just keep a white outline around the red and not worry about it. Red on black is generally a no-no in my book (unless a very bright red).

Combine the 2 pieces of each letter that has them (i.e. a, b, d, o, p.....etc) and then apply your contour cut, with holes. If those letters are not combined objects, the contour cut will only contour the outermost shape.
