I REALLY wish they'd just make laminate rolls 53.5". Give us a little room for skewing please. No one is printing edge to edge on vinyl. Half the laminate I get from Oracal is 54.125" or more.

well, the 'a', 'd', 'o' is more perfectly round, Futura is not. 's' doesn't match. Unless my Futura Medium is jacked up, it's not a match. FM also isn't quite bold enough.

Not sure about vinyl matches, but those numbers are close to: PMS 370 (green) and PMS 1585 (Orange). I'd base your vinyl off of those. Or just print those colors.

Nah, that's actual shading.... So printed. Not hard to do.

I used to wrap about an extra 1.5" around the edges to the back, and heat the back with a torch . This was using 180C print vinyl with laminate. I do so many that aren't laminated anymore that I just trim the edges.

Now my neck hurts.

Your nozzle test looks great.This looks like wrong profile for whatever material you're running. Ink limits are too high and it's saturated.

That honestly looks like different letters from different fonts. That M does look like Gill Sans....

Huh? 2017 model of these are readily available.

I've had to bump my curing temp up to 245F for running IJ35C. Have had issues with what seems to be lack of curing....sometimes there's that 'oily' feeling, as well as everything has been easy to accidentally scratch.

IIRC, I think they just snap off, using clips. Same as Ford Transit Connect.

Even if you send the print file immediately, with the plot file set to hold, it still will remain after deleting the print file, whether it printed or not. I've tried several scenarios. Every time, the plot file remains. But I can not find anywhere else that has another setting.

That's odd....I just tried what you described and deleted the print file. Cut file remains. Not sure what other setting is required for this, if you have output set to Hold and the plotter is set to Hold after receiving the file (in "Setup" for the plotter itself) then you should not have this...
