In the offset world grays are very seldom set up as just black ink and in my opinion it should be treated the same with large format printer. If you know how to balance the four colors you can get a very neutral looking gray, a cool gray, or a warm gray.

The Epson 11880 is a great printer, but not for decals or anything else that will be outside for extended periods of time. Epson does have a solvent printer that I have not yet seen, but have heard some good things about. jim

You really should never use the magic wand when making a selection and then making a color change. Always best to cut it with the pen tool or paint in a selection with the masking functions. Jim
