It also depends on your location, if you experience only one type of weather and not the other, it wouldn't change, but if you had extreme differences such as 98 degrees and 20 degrees through the seasons, it can crack it.

I've spoken to Oracal about it, it's a 1/4" - 1/2" gap on all sides, it really only applies to solid black background or dark colors. If you go with a white, yellow, orange, etc it should be fine. I cracked two windows with black background but didn't with a light blue.

Those were examples and not problems I am having, so those didn't need to be answered.

What was the reasons for rejection of the big jobs?

From fabrication to installation and dealing with shop activities, what everything day problems do you run into? Such as cutting a straight line on a ruler, putting transfer tape on large prints, weeding out vinyl, etc. I am curious and perhaps the members here can help resolve the issues.

Never seen one, but wonder if it's done with water imaging, where you put ink in water and dip the substrate in and it transfers the image.

I've never laminated my Oracal wall vinyl. Unlaminated it looks painted on the wall, if you laminate it, it's going to extrude out and look like a sign was placed on it, plus the extra cost. Also if it's interior, why laminate? There is no weather or UV light.

I started my sign shop with $8,000 to my name with no equipment or supplies, you can do it.
