I have one of those days almost every day.
Sometimes I wonder why I even bother.
But then I get one of those rare golden days, where everything goes right and everything turns out the way it should, and I even get paid.
That makes it all worth it.

They mean that it looks as if you need to learn some simple layout rules.
Your copy is run straight to the edges, with way too much space between words.
All I see is the huge hole in the center.
A left-justified short bulleted list might look nicer, that or something like this

No contrast.
Move the guy higher up into the shield, move LEGION to the bottom and make it white with only one thick outline.
Put COMBAT SPORTS under LEGION's arch, but not in that font and in plain black.

Nice and clean looking, easy to read. The sign person in me isn't thrilled about the kerning on the numbers but the easily lost in the hospital part of me appreciates the conciseness.

What I want to know is where did this "discount" mentality come from?
Why should we feel that we have to offer a client a discount?
I wish every professional I hired would offer me one.
I use a combination of the SC price guide, the old Sign Contractor's pricing guide, and my own common sense...
I've had this up for about 2 years but I think I'm gonna change the colors this summer. It's hand painted MDO with aluminum flashing to give it a thicker look.
That's what I was worried about, the heat while in the back of the truck (even though I used USPS)
I made a coro folder, with liner paper in between the two mags, and everything went fine.
If you get the letters from Gemini make sure the get a pattern from them too. I'd stud mount from the rear as well as use silicone.
(not that I'm an expert, once was enough for me)

Paint would also be my first choice.
You said it's an older trailer.
It is so much less costly and it's faster for me than d!cking around with vynull and bubbles/wrinkles.
Use Ronan Bulletin enamel, then wait a few days and apply your white cast lettering.
