I think as a designer I got in to the wrong profession. All people want is flames diamond plate, and checkered flags. If they can't pick it out of a clip art book they dont want it.

you can convert a grayscale image in to a black and white half tone then live trace and cut it.

I'm trying to put together a qoute on 50 20oz bottle shaped signs,~48" tall. Cant find somewhere to outsource the print and diecut to, or atleast somewhere to order the bottle blanks. Has anyone seen them before, or Should I just Print them on to 4x8 and cut them by hand?

if it was me I would go with the heat transfer. It would have a much better bond and color fastness; However it would be hard to change out. never looked in to removing a heat transfer decal.
