    You might be able to, but using a scale will give you exact color, you could use an offset Pantone color book and just use 10 times the amount in parts or how ever much ink you might need. 1 part is not that much ink, they why it's good to weigh each color.

    You can buy CMYK screen inks. When I started in offset printing I use to be an ink mixer and I used a scale and weigh the inks in parts according to the Pantone book to, im sure you can do it the same way but instead of parts maybe in pints.

    It's static, try not having as much of an offset from your screen to material. If you thin your inks more it will only get worse.

    There a waste of money, put the money aside and if a problem arises use that money. More then likely if you bought the extended Warranty you won't end up using it at all.

    I get that sometimes to when creating a PDF, if you convert all text to outlines it takes care of that probelm.

    You could probably print on cheap poly plastic banner material like what beer distributors use and some how make the perf cuts.
