Try cleaning all the platen vac holes.....use a small drillbit. Blow em out with air. Also the platen vac fan blades get gummed up with overspray affecting vac across he platen and need to be cleaned. Another thing HP never anticipated.

We do a lot of double sided pole banners with stitched pockets. Juki user here. Rock solid. Presently looking for an additional double needle as well. Go for it you wont be disappointed. You need outdoor, UV thread too. Check out sailrite or trivantage.

Well, in an ideal world, 2-3 guys on a vehicle is the way to go. BUT, in reality one guy happens in a lot of shops. So why not just hang it and stick it? I can see this doodad really getting in the way and actually making things tougher.
