  1. L25500 For your information

Hmm, that's an interesting solution to an evolving problem. Thanks for the tip. We have piles of heads with very little ink shot through them that the machines keep kicking out. I recently started a thread about this very same thing, and judging from the response, I'm not the only one.

  6. L25500 Cleaning Kit Replacement

Agree with pro, if you can not afford downtime, stock multiple heads, cleaning kits, and ink carts.
  7. Pole Banners

One of the reasons they may be warrantying the screened ones is the sunbrella material they are on. It carries a higher outdoor durability to UV and wind than any vinyl, even pole banner pro. Think same material used on horizontal applications like awnings and boat tops. Fast forward to pole...

  9. L25500 Cleaning Kit Replacement

Yes, and if you continue to ignore the messages, it'll just spin the blotter cloth off of the feed, and start spitting to the plastic. Then, it builds up there, heads hit it, and you get dropout. Just so ya know. Yeah, the accounting on it is whacked.
  10. Anyone Know Small Outboards?

Pull da plugs (it will pull easier w no compression) pop it in gear and give it a pull. Do both forward and reverse. Otherwise you'll toast your lower unit and maybe the powerhead too if its wrong, its running, and you shift it.
  11. 3m 8518

Well, I can see the argument that a thinner backing stock reduces the diameter of the roll out of the box. But, when running a 10 roll run of 10' panels, and across a few rolls of lam, there are 2, 3 or more printed panels left, and no lam left, then yeah, the rolls are short for sure. And I...

Exact same thing here. When my guys opened the box, they came in and got me, you could tell right away by the size. It was 30 some feet short!

  17. Gerber Service is really upsetting me.

In defense of gerber-My 15 year old sabre is going strong, showing signs of needing lead screws, and it runs A LOT. My 17 year old plotter and edge, also going strong. Full disclosure, we did just have a discourse with gerber about the current software and sabre curve processing as well as the...
