    check your pinch rollers, I had one go bad that messed stuff up. Or one time I had the media stop on the rollers under the media on one side....that took an hour of my life to figure out (STUPID)

    The problem with getting used equipment for your first machine. A roland tech would have taught all this to you. That ink pool is a sponge, I mentioned changing that. the bottom of your heads have way too much ink on them, that is seriously AFTER a cleaning...a manual cleaning?

    That face has a gloss shine finish to it from the look of your photo. I can't see and wood grain in the pic either. Aluminum will outlast foam, but the foam would work too (until a mover throws a few rocks into it...)

  14. how to make big dot halftones??

    In Corel there is a button that does that... under bitmap then mode. you can change the halftone size, shape, angle. I used to use it a lot when I printed shirts.

    http://www.auesignframes.com/ these guys are MM's on here. 90% of the time the contractor will install so I just supply the panel and sometimes one of these post systems. Depends on how much they want to spend, the 4x4 deal posted above work great to for a lower budget.

    I have home shops come in all the time thinking I am going to "cut them a deal" cause they are "sign makers" too...I ALWAYS tell them my price to those types of customers is 10% MORE than I charge my normal customers....
