I actually don't mind the way you have it. It makes sense to me. But you could try to make the header image swap when you hover over the services navigation then link to the page on click.
Because I kind of see where they are coming from, because that lower navigation is larger and bolder...

Well, we pretty much finished it up today. All we need to do is paint the Deep-Rock logo on the guy's uniform and install a panel that tells the story of Daniels Oil.
We had a bunch of Europeans come through today. In fact on Monday we had 400 motorcyclists stop by on their way down Rt 66...

For what ever reason all the churches in our town want to go with big boring, corporate, hospital-looking signs. What you have there looks so much more inviting. :thumb:
We charge for our design time, Just like we charge for production time. It's all included in the price of the sign. Time is money, it doesn't matter if it's design time or production time.
I'll tell you what we don't do. We don't design for free in order to sell a job. sketches require...
