Do you digitally print everything then die cut it all? I wonder why you just would not cut coloured vinyl on a job like this? the price is fine although I have always found weeding the smaller copy when laminated can be a real pain especially if it is air egress.

What kind of cutter? I generally have to cut calendered with calendered laminate at double the pressure. You may have to make sure the blade is sticking out more on the holder.

I'm using Ferrari Decolite now but man that stuff is a bit pricey. I want to find an alternative. I will give this Ultraflex a try....half the price and twice as much on the roll... how can i resist!!!!

exactly!!!! nothing worse than lack of product knowledge and then the "I will call you back with info" and it never comes. How about ordering something off a colour chart they supplied only to be told that it will take 3 weeks to get in. This of course after you spent time with a customer...

I'm back to 100%. I do my cleanings at the end of the day, but I like the sound of doing it first thing in the morning...cant forget to swing the head back that way

Is there a heat setting or something else that I can use to make it print properly?
