Running two machines has to have twice the supplies / knowledge / support plus there is the point of having/knowing multiple RIP programs
there are plenty of users here whom swear by latex and who have had both machines types.

Lately the last couple of IJ35 rolls have had the adhesive separating during installation.
Nothing quiet like having to reprint full color prints when the colors don't turn out correct and then the joys of having to worry about the adhesive failing.

For Dibond we take the post and run them through the table saw and cut a groove 1.5" deep about 2-3 blades widths wide. then slide the dibond down into the grooves and gravity is your fastener

since this is a cut vinyl, are you worried about those small pieces staying on during cleaning with a high pressure sprayer?
it is the file type not a plugin that you need, try saving the files as a DXF or DWG and see if that works with your CNC man, if not ask him what file type he uses and do the same with yours
