haven't try that one yet but maybe a matte paper setting or the fabric or canvas setting

long shot but did have have any service done recently i had that on our roland the the tech told me it was still inservice mode just turn it off and on again it will reset it self that's all i got good luck

not positive but i would bet the fabric as some sort of chemicals that repell the adhesive whether it is for flame resistance or water or so it doesn't dry out i think they are usually painted

have you had any media jams or buckling that might have damaged part of the print head (just guessing here)

we had our magenta line dry up and our capping station went bad and it took 7 cleanings before i got any ink through try a few more that's all i have and maybe you can clean your capping station manually

put a strip of masking tape on the media squeegee then the material should slide through without getting stuck we had to do that on our edge should be similar on the fx

we have it and i used it a lot when we first got it but now i do everything in my head or we have an excel spread sheet my boss made up and we just put in the specs per job

if you get the Roland you still need to laminate do you have a laminator

we have tried the frog skin clear protective foil and i was not happy with it still got scratched when abused and didn't hold up the chemicals like they claim it does just laminate it is better and just charge according or you can go cheaper and see how many time your customers will come...
