that's who i got the price from we bought our machines from them so that is who i call first but $295 for one hour of service seems kind of high

having an error with our sp300 reading the material apparently it is a wire/cable card that needs to be replaced the tech said it's about an hour for the job and he wants to charge $295 + part i don't think porsche machanics get paid that much am i off base here, is that the going rate?

have a problem with my sp 300 sometimes when i load the material it comes up 0.0 as the width of material and i have to shut off the machine and restart sometimes a few times anyone ever have this problem

yeah what he said we actually got a whole crap load of free material when we bought our rolands but paper is ok if you want something a staronger more durable the pos pro is good

as long as i could hit the colors i would go digital if not tan background first then cut vinyl burgandy

vinyl will shrink after you cut it anyway but the heater does speed the process and yes you can cut only and yes you can shut the heater push the function button goto heater config. and you can adjust the temp and or shut it off

wow good thinking to use one of those sheets since that is what they are for to remove static works on your clothes why not vinyl i will give it a shot

we are using versa works for sp300 and vp540 on a translucent polyester i get from d & p media and i use a double strike of ink it will look realy dark by it self but once the lights are on it is great

where is the encoder strip located should you normally clean this or only if you have a problem
