we have been getting samples and looking at the rastek H700

apparently it is a wire/cable card that needs to be replaced
the tech said it's about an hour for the job and he wants to charge $295

i don't think porsche machanics get paid that much

having an issue with the machine reading the width of material and this is what the service tech from where we bought the machine said
"Its time to replace the white cable card that reads the width is wearing out just give me a call to schedule a service"

have a problem with my sp 300 sometimes when i load the material it comes up 0.0 as the width of material and i have to shut off the machine and restart sometimes a few times

but paper is ok if you want something a staronger more durable the pos pro is good

we have a gerber edge, sp300 and vp540 and when all three are running at the same time i almost wet my self
vinyl will shrink after you cut it anyway but the heater does speed the process
and yes you can cut only and yes you can shut the heater
push the function button goto heater config. and you can adjust the temp and or shut it off

works on your clothes why not vinyl

i have been having some issues printing on 10mil pvc
and the tech was here fixing something else and i asked him about this problem and he said it is a static issue and i can get a band or a bungee cord type thing that goes on the back over the roll of material to reduce the static

we are using versa works for sp300 and vp540
on a translucent polyester i get from d & p media
and i use a double strike of ink
it will look realy dark by it self but once the lights are on it is great
