sorry for doubting you guru i apologize i tried it and printed both files at the same time not really a noticeable difference but i have done this before and thought i was getting a better image guess i need my eyes checked

fred not sure if we are talking about the same feature (sounds like it though) and i know you have alot more experience with the edge than me but if i import an image into composer and i turn up those image settings i do get a better quality print not just a better view on the screen

what type of file are you importing into your edge if it is a jpg or tiff or bitmap you can goto your tool bar and by the fill and stroke there is an option called image fill click on that and it has options to increase the clearity of your image

i have done control panel overlays .020" thick with clear windows for lcd read outs and selctorized adhesive (the adhesive doens't cover the windows \all with the versa camm and a laminator along with all the other premium printing

i have experienced that with my versa camms and we keep the heat at 40 degrees for both printing and drying and it works great also make sure the area you are printing on is clean when you first open a roll of vinyl the first foot or so can be dusty or have finger prints also when the vinyl...

does it cost more for the kick ball version

we had the sp300 for 6 months and then bought the vp540 we out grew the sp300 that fast and now we run both machines like crazy

yeah what B said also helps with uv /sun light protection

both machines are the same dpi we have both and so far they are both work horses the vp does have an addition print head that's why it print faster and the only quality difference we noticed was we get alittle better color out of the vp your customer will not know the difference next...

great stuff some really cool design work

mine does a self cleaning every so often but not ever during a job

we have a sp300 and vp 540 vp quicker and a little better with quality and colors but not much both are eco sol inks haven't had any issues as of yet happy with both machines

we have about 15 in our area and half of them are franchise shops

thanks i used the 4 in 1 that was all i had handy but i will pick up some sewing machine oil and between the new blade and the oil we are running at full speed again no hic-ups THANKS AGAIN!
