sp300 when i cut i get a skipping in some of the cuts or a stuttering almost like some of the cut lines are perferated but not the case changed the blade also tried slowing the machine down that helped i cheched some other threads didn't see anything can anyone help

ditto it's been my experience that something that size doesn't have to be more that 150 or 75 dpi also did you try flattening the file or save it as a jpg (if you don't have to alter it in illust. just save it as a jpg)

we have sp300 and vp540 both good quality but i have also heard the new weave print is really good i guess the s pattern in stead of the straight line pass of the print head shows less banding i have to believe the banding is still there just less noticeable

the temp and humidity do play a part on the material but that shouldn't be a problem on the laminator if you store the material in the same location as the laminator once you put it on the laminator nothing has changed could be the way it is loaded or may be after you laminated the tension was...

did you draw the line in photoshop or illustr. may soulnd silly but from your description it sounded like you did the art in photoshop so just making sure also try flattening the pic

i have a gerber plotter and every once in a while i will get stuff like that 1-restart plotter and computer 2-check calibration of plotter 3-recreate file and try again from scratch usually one of those options works but not sure why that happens to begin with
