starvation issues = check connections and or replace orings in the ink train—its a classic DJ9000 problem Heads, I have quite a few decent used ones for $275 ea if you are interested. They're 90% but not 100%. -Rick

It could be the acrodisk filters clogged up. Take em off and give it a try without em. Few minutes/hours wont hurt. You can usually find the filters in bulk on the bay. The VP sensor may be bad too - get it at digikey put your soldering iron to work. I dont have mine anymore but got familiar...

Workflow wise, the multicam (or any router) would be ideally suited for sheet stock. We do cut roll stock on our router, but with our setup it's limited to 4 x 8 areas. To expand, cut your sticky back roll stock on a plotter. Cut your boards on a router. A full loaded OPOS plotter from Summa...

unless something has changed, you can create profiles in both Postershop and productionhouse. At least in Ver 7.

Chris-Might I also suggest you look at the MultiCam. We have a gerber sabre, but a friend has a couple of multicams. They make excellent machines and have been super helpful with him. For 20-30k you can have everything a zund does pretty much. I will say, once you get a cutter, you will wonder...
