It's either time for 1. A new tech or 2. An independent adjuster. Or both.
Get what you deserve, a machine that functions like it did before the event that caused it to now not work properly.
Seriously Gino, that's precisely why I buy the coro, it's supposed to be the pre-eminent non china crap. I'll send you one of these pallets and let's see you get 10 good 18x24's out of theses sheets! Absolute chit. Good news is that about 10" into the pallet we unloaded yesterday afternoon...
So we go through a lot of coro. I have always bought Coroplast brand. UV ink adheres better, it's cleaner, more consistent, and to this point, always square and full size. In the past 3 weeks we have gone through 3 pallets. All have been out of square and size by 1".
Without going in to the...
sensor error also a common issue on the designjet9000. Pretty much have had the rear sensor covered with a piece of white vinyl since day 1. Of course, when your roll really does run out, and the machine keeps printing (say on an overnight run) well then you have one hell of a mess to clean up.
FWIW, I had a customer bring some camowraps stuff that they bought off of cabelas. It was 180c with a liquid lam. The lam looked pitiful, dusty, mottled, uneven, and the banding was atrocious.
Forget regular MDF (although it does work) Ultralight MDF it is. That stuff is the steez. My machine is 14 years old an we have yet to replace the PVC table thanks to the MDF! Plus you can cut a little past the media as needed. Beat it up, flip it over, repeat. Then resurface each side by .020...
It might be easier to buy them new trailers...............
All kidding aside, we have a product here in a 5 gallon container. It works when Rapid does not. Ecolab 30003425 label adhesive remover. Got if from a car wash fried with an ecolab account.
I have a good source in Marathon. Retired sign guy w 30 years of shop experience. He can rout and build anything the right way. PM me if it would help.
I see it uses a carpet blade. Exactly what I converted our fletcher to cut with and it works really well. If this works as the review says it sure looks like a great deal over a fletcher for most shops.
thats freakin awesome!!!
And yes, you will get a third party billing on a phone bill soon. Just call and get it off and watch how nice they are.....yeah right!
Never mind Joe plumber with his harley style logo, Gino, have you yet had the pleasure of telling a industry wholesale customer or even ad agency no? They of all should know better. I now have a blanket copyright release form. Since my preflight guy is also a longtime pro photog, anything in...
Gino-adding a stage of coro under the center is the $$ way to do it BTW. Eliminates all deflection. I've had good experience with ink adhesion initially and after regular road use on a nightly basis.
Agree on the kerning, Marlene!
Another disgusting example of government waste. Take a look at the firms work and client list. wadads dot com
I'm not even giving them the courtesy of a backlink
They are obviously experts at hobnobbing with politicos and fleecing taxpayers.

Pay close attention to the fact that in the shots of the web going by, you are seeing standard 30FPS video. Yes the media is moving that quickly. And the quality is amazing.
