Could be that the seals are sealing but the pump, tubing, vacuum breaker, drain are not working properly. Same thing could occur is there is a leak in the ink delivery system. Or if a cartidge is empty.

There are a set of 'parameter' files that can be off loaded and placed in a new motherboard, but the old motherboard will have to have some functionality to get those off. Otherwise, you will need all new alignments and will need to input the head rank. Of course there will be no warranty...

Make sure you do a PF adjust for your paper and that your paper is eco solvent photo paper. You will want 8 to 16 pass for good photo paper results.

Try a profile for another matte finished material, like 2611.
