Dog pound (pc term is animal shelter) has them. D3 (third dog) came from there 6 weeks ago. 5 month old lab mix.

Our first one came from the ASPCA shelter, #2 came a year later as a stray. #3 was a stray and ended up at the pound.
Guy building a limo wants his logo on the top of his car. This will be a vinyl top that is put on these beasts.
Any thoughts on what to put on this? I was thinking I could use apparel vinyl if I had it before application but I don't think would work?
Kind of an interesting story that was on the local news last night and in stories today. Something about this though tells me there is much more to this.
They sure look like Adams photos to me but that is coming from a guy that can't even draw a stick figure.
If these are real they are...
Well the last few suggestions are more like it. I feel recharged already. I hope one of these guys comes in this week while this is still fresh in my head and I am still pissed off about it!
One thing I did do with someone who called once was to insist that for every question she asked me I...
I am not an angry person and just want to do my thing but without being bothered but I am just in a pissy mood this week. $1000 in repairs to equipment that I found out didn't need it and a lot of backlogged work from the downtime that didn't have to happen can do that.
On a similar note: We...
Every few weeks we either get a call or a visit from someone saying they are with Verizon phone service and they have audited their accounts and found out we are paying to much and want to adjust our account.
This is a total scam, they are not from Verizon but they do contract with them.
I...
Well we have the final word. The event staff will ask anyone handing out material to stop or leave.
If someone wants to take the event to court then they can but in the mean time we will be protected.
In checking with the city the solicitation is prohibited by the municipal code if he hands out printed material, including business cards, on public property.
I did have a brief email conversation with him about the state of the business and he did confirm they were hard up for work which I...
I agree with everything you are saying except public property. We rent and pay for this space for the event and have a right to accept or refuse vendors AND the city has requirements for us to follow on this. It is not public property at these events, it is our event and we should have the...
I suspect he is hurting. With 4 autos he has to have a lot of sqft and rent and to be down at a little event like ours is pretty much a waste of his time.
As for whether or not anyone can hand out fliers or cards at this event I am checking with our association to see what we can do...
As I pointed out, this is a pay-to-play event. The city is not involved other than granting a permit, that would be an abridgement of free speach but that does not apply to private organizations. But, he doesn't have a license in the city so they could eject him on that aspect.
As far as...
No, he does not have a license in our city.
The farmers market has vendors who paid to be there.
We pay an extra fee to be there.
We essentially rent the city street to have the event and I will be bringing this subject up to the board to see if we can eject folks that solicit at the...
