Sounds good but I wonder if the dampers failing might be causing air in the lines or at the head - in turn causing the missing lines when you run the nozzle check. The constant cleaning would be pulling the ink back into the lines but would not be a permanent solution. wayne k guam usa

Not an expert but the dampers should only be about 1/2 full. If it is completely full I do not think it will flow the ink properly. Might be time for a new set of dampers to be installed. wayne k guam usa

Depends on what cutter you are using. Most of the name brand cutters have plug-ins that work with Illustrator & CorelDraw. Check their support sites. I have Flexi 8.6 but find it is faster to cut from both AI & Corel with the plug-ins supplied by Graphtec (Cutting Master 3). wayne k guam usa

Seems reasonable to me, maybe bump it up a little. That 39" plus extra for the crop marks will leave you with a 12" or so by 12ft long strip of waste off both the lam and 180c for each copy if you use 54" material. I'd repurpose the scrap 180 & lam but it will take extra time to trim them out...

Is this true just for the full solvents? When I first started to print eco sol I figured I'd set up a drip burner to get rid of the waste ink instead having it end up in the land fill. I tried to get it to ignite with my torch and it would not catch - just evaporate away. We also have the ink...
