Is this happening when media is attached to TUR? If so run a test without TUR and see what happens.
Either way something is definitely out of whack. Misalignment on infeed/outfeed, nip pressure or a combination.
Would love to be a fly on the wall to see how the techs attack the issue.
Sorry for the confusion, I subbed out all my prints to a shop with a Matan Sprinter, never owned one. That was along time ago, and I can't remember the company name. With that being said my clients were always pleased with the quality.
Yes! Life got a whole lot easier with the addition of the Summa.
No more cringing or wondering how many more copies I have to make to get enough to fill an order. No more wasting time cutting a job into manageable pieces either.
Wife approves of the Summa. She's Belgian too.
Check O.D. of the cardboard core being used on TUR.
Check level of TUR components, dancer bar etc...
Check level of infeed components.
There is another measurement called tramming to make sure everything in the web path is in alignment.
Both level and tram need to be looked at.

Longest on our Roland was 13 feet. Wife made sure the vinyl would keep the natural curve as it touched the floor.
Could try setting up some coro sheets. One in front, one in back to give the vinyl stability.
So far on our new Summa we've done 8 feet. I just make sure it's loaded correctly...
If you have Pantone Plus Series charts there will be a Color Checker lighting indicator on the back of the chart. Simple way to check lighting in the shop.

I have a Roland SP540V which is a print cut. I also recently took delivery of a Summa D140R. I no longer have to break graphics into bite size pieces. Should have bought the Summa years ago. Pretty sure I wouldn't have gray hair or less of it.
Of course it depends on where you make your...
Things are great when you're lining their pockets, just don't call with an issue. Guaranteed it will always be your fault.
I wish I had the disposable income to send these "just like OEM" inks to a lab. That would put an end to all the BS.
