    Ive seen them with tension wires behind the trim - you use a wierd hook thing, pull the wire, attach it to somehting on the material, and pull it taught (I was watching a billboard person install one while pumping gas)

    its probably also translucent vinyl edit: however, it could be eradicated awning material. In which case you would eradicate the rest. I can offer no help in the method though.
