So i have it figured out and it works great on my cheap arlon 3.2 mil stuff the issue i had was i wanted to do a bunch of decals on 6 mil material no lam but pretty thick stuff....i dont think the cutter itself can honestly perf cut that thick as ive had force and all the good stuff all the way...
Am in depserate need of help, I currently have 10k stickers to do by tuesday they are printed ready to go but cannot get Flexi to flexi cut the shapes out...they are oval for the most part....I am using a Summa s2 d140 plotter and whenever i change setting it isnt cutting it deep enough...though...

I have a summa S2 140 and use flexi sign pro...need to know setting and easiest way to use the function while creating a contour cut and then making large perf cut so i can pop out decal....Im not sure how to setup and if anyone has tips and or optimal settings it would be awesome...
I actually have been relatively busy mainly with vius decals and disinfectent decals and other things such open drive through open and so on BUT i completely 100% stopped billing out any jobs and require 100% up front during this...yet to have 1 person complain about it
We are working on a labels for a sanitzer company for a bunch of bottles being shipped as well as a coronvirus decal that is being mass produced...were excited to have any work right now YET at the same time worried that come tomorrow i could be sittign at home playing lots of xbox lol
We use avery 2923 ez w a 3 mil optically clear lam that gives us a pretty affordable decal/sticker yet holds well and is air release...I use air release because I buy massive quantities and get deals before anyone says why [$170] lol...for a thicker decal I really like the alpha wensco house...

Im wondering how cost is so high for others? i have avery 2923 ez comparable to ij35 w a 4x10 3mil acm printed laminated and cost for me if roughly $100 plus install...so even if i charge $250 for install that puts me at 350 and 650 total is $300 for 45 minutes for a 4x10 printed lam and...

If you are in the Ohio, MI, Indiana area I would highly suggest Wensco...I used Grimco alot and there pricing has gone up pretty dramatic on alot of things and Wensco has been able to keep it affordable even if i have to ask about a couple items and they delivere atleast to my area in truck...
I get $3 a sq ft all day long and put out a good product with ZERO art fee/setup unless its complex or is edit after edit....Then again we pop out 90% of our banners sameday and i can draw up a nice banner in the matter of 5 minutes print a 3x6 in 5 minutes...trim, hem and grommet is another 5...
Here is my suggestion as a non flatbed plotter there is really nothing even comparable w quality, accurqcy and speed is great
