  1. Glueing Dibond

The most common method for me would be to bend the aluminum to form a pan, rather than use angle. For someone that dosen't have a brake, then the dibond/router method, or the aluminum angle would be another way to get the job done.
  2. Rowan's BIG DAY

More pictures seem to be in order. :clapping: You did open the door. As part of the signs101 family, I believe you are responsible to share any and all requests put to you. Its in the bi-laws somewhere.....can't remember what page right now.

  4. Glueing Dibond

.............. ya don't say. I know WHAT he's doing. I'm saying there may be (probably be) better materials and methods to accomplish the same finished product. In every scenario I can think of, if your going to be using 406.19, along with aluminum angle to make your pan.....along with the...
  5. Glueing Dibond

Agree on the epoxy (406-19).....but I have to wonder if we could offer better advice if we knew what exactly you were doing. First off, I personally (stress personally), would never bend dibond for a long term project. I'm racking my mind for any situation where bending dibond would be a...

  9. The wall from hell. Save me

  12. How Would You Tackle This Job???

:goodpost: I'd try the PowerTape first!!!! I've never used a 48" roll of DF adhesive, but something else you could try, would be to wrap the edge over the panel, and secure (you said you have extra on the edge). If you use some type of substrait material....then 60" x 36" of DF tape, would you...

  19. Install company screwed me, What can i do?

depends on how bad they need you or how desparate they are to get it done NOW. I saw one of the largest national sign companies deliver materials / banners with CASH in hand. They had 8 banners to install @ 8 different locations. Their delivery guy peeled off $200 immediately after each...
