Not to argue your statement but we always use oracal 651, becuase thats the vinyl we use. I prime with flat latex never paintinginto the edges and dont lay it on thick. We then come back with eggshell or satin to topcoat and peel each letter as we get done to insure very very minimal bleed

The bear is distracting, the font for signs is not legible. The font for north state is not complimenting the script. Sorry to be so rough

I assume your going to do the awning on site? If so I would cut vinyl mask and paint it with latex. In order for you to use heat applied you will have to take awning down and press it on using a special vinyl available thru sunbrella or glen raven
