VW can also run RGB files. I get brighter color in RGB printing in VW. Make up a color chart or several shades of orange in corel. Run i RGB. Pick the best one. then run the same file with max impact color. You should have good results with that.

Try running a canned poster profile in VW. I made my own profile, but lately I'm disliking the print quality the material generates.

find out what head channel was transistor went bad in. It could be that magenta is fine. Also, replace the ribbon cables.

Send it in for a repair to mac media. Get a new head board for now. If you keep messing with it you'll blow another head. You will blow your head board again in the future so it's a good idea to keep a spare. I have a spare sitting in cabinet waiting to go in.
