Use the desired profile for the media. To bump up color switch between perpetual and colometic. This deepens the saturation. I know exactly what your talking about. Most Likely a total ink output problem.

This just happened to me and the relay on the control box was stuck. I was able to put a band-aid on this by tapping the box to get the relay free. I have a new fuji px board on order. They're around 150 - 200 dollars...
