    You need more than a cutter/plotter. You need computer software. You'll need various rolls of vinyl, and various tables,paraphernalia of the trade, etc. And although I don't have a printer, don't they also cut if you want them to ? Thus-"cut and print" You need to have at least a contour cut...

    Are you sure they are rivets and not screws ? If they are screws, take them out ( and if they are screws they probably are an 8 sided screw that comes out with a square drive not a torks bit )

    Looks like you're trying to show a crooked cut.... Maybe the font, a bootleg . Does that happen with any other typefaces ? Possibly you scanned the word, vectorized it and tried to cut it without node editing.
