    I usually keep at least .1" margin and running my pinch wheels centered over punch holes ( if punched ).I might be able to get 13" if plotter tracks well....

    In mine , using a 15" roll the max I can get is 12.5 in width cut,unless I trick the machine by taping a false edge to the vinyl so I can extend my pinch wheels out. ...You loose about 2 1/2 in. otherwise.....

    try this.....go cut/plot page....general tab......go to bottom where it says copies, the second icon that shows two boxes with a red arrow between, set that number as low as .125 ( 1/8")or so and this should make your box less around the object to be cut....and set panel margin to 0 or very small #

    I have a 30". I have had no problems with it....I have a friend at another shop with a24". She hates it. I think there is a big difference in the way the operate from a 24" to a 30" besides just being different sizes....

    You're cutting stencils, and not vinyl ? Could it be as simple as your blade depth is too deep ?

    I use the mats .I like them. They have a 1" grid on them that can be useful also.....I have also used tempered glass that I really like better.Find them on old glass doors from store fronts if you can. It does dull blades quicker, but blades are not that expensive plus I also keep a handy...

  15. Air bubbles on metal signs

    There are all the pros and cons of using wet applications to get air bubbles out by using such things as Rapid Tac, Splash etc. It may work for you if you are somewhat new to it. You could try it ...and what bob says, it comes down to technique even if you use wet appl......

    I also had same problem. I took comp. in for a few days .$180.00 later they just cleaned up my comp. I had security issues, spyware, adware etc.......I had adaware added to system.....I assume you've been surfing the int. recently ???/

    Different ways to do this. I'd say IMO you definately need an outline to show seperation from text to the paw. .If it were me I'd put an out line in, then send to plotter , go to advance>send all colors and cut ( with only black ). Then weed out what you don't want and then cut the text...
