Would also help if you told us what you have currently for processor/memory/hard drive etc. More memory is usually the first and easiest - but that can only go so far if you have an older CPU. Tell us what your working with though and I 2nd Signburst to quote you a computer for your needs...

You can do Sublimation on the SP300 - but its either Sublimation (or Eco-sol inks like all the other Rolands)....I have it set up for Eco-Sol inks and love it though! Never saw one setup for Sublimation, but know they are out there. good luck on the dryer hunt!

I bought the Roland SP300 1 year warranty for $1000 after I bought the printer used. Granted my machine is cheaper to fix or replace then yours, but since I was new to the printer - the peace of mind helped. Havent had a service call on it yet and still not sure if I will re-up this July...

It would be helpful if we knew what printer brand/model and the code your trying. If you search, most service codes are on this site (maybe in the premium section though). It just obviously sounds like your using the wrong code....
