I don't fit any of the descriptions in the poll... We are in a workshop suite in a commercial complex right on the main highway. I rent from myself a 1344 square feet office and workshop with a huge 14' over head door...it's a little tight but all the larger 1700 square feet units are rented.

cap tops should be changed at least once a year - they are super simple to install...just don't lose the little spring. We buy our Roland parts from sign outlet store just outside of chicago - they will walk you right through the process over the phone if you need. http://www.signoutletstore.com/

UPDATE Not that anybody cares unless they have this exact problem; we replaced the cap tops and it's printing like new again! ;-) Talking to myself here...hmmph ;-)

Looks like maybe the pinch wheels aren't moving the vinyl correctly. Why is the vinyl so indented where the pinch wheels ride???
