Don't think any RIP out there will separate a tiled print in to separate files. Only way to send individually is to go back and select one tile/deselect the others. So yeah, if you printer craps while printing, you gotta start over, eliminating any already printed tiles.

My everyday red is C10 M100 Y85 K10. Use it on L260.

A van like that, $1.50/$2.00 sq.ft., depending on what the vinyl supplied is. Cars, or anything with more complex curves/excess trimming/etc, $3/sq.ft.. Requires more time.

I think StoneRidge should be one color, not two....depending on the viewer, one of the 2 colors stands out first. Other than that, decent design.

Like everyone says, great machine, just lots of time wasted on warmup/startup and material changes. Easy to maintain, easy to run. Prints are always fantastic. BUT....I'm hearing great things about the L360! You may want to consider it instead, unless you are stuck on the cheap price of L260 now.

There are many metal laminates you can apply to acrylic and then cut....Wilsonart has every metal type you can think of.

Yeah....I worked at a company that did this. It was a joke...wanted me to keep a logbook with every mistake/recut of vinyl and give it a monetary amount to deduct from the 'pool'. I spent WAY too much time keeping logs of every comma, or letter, or number that had to be recut for whatever...
