I did think it odd that only the Rockhopper/Falcon people were the only ones having problems. You may be on to something. Just need them to get this worked out, it's really hurting.

How do I check that?

My Rockhopper 38 is printing the first inch or two very dark and then the colors come back fine. A cleaning corrects the problem but now I have to clean between each print. Even if there is only a minute between sending prints, the ink looks contaminated for the first couple of inches and...

Why not just show your customer what you have before you run it? Make them OK it. Easy for them and gets you off the hook.
